Santosh Sapkota

Born fully blind in 1987, Santosh didn't let that define his limits. He trained for 18 months at Seeing Hands Nepal, earned his certificate through the London School of Sports Massage, and went on to serve 11 years there — with advanced training under Andre Baptista, Robert Enly and Andrew Salvetti.

He can identify every tense muscle in your body and adapt his technique in real time. He reads MRI reports and treats conditions like sciatica and disc herniation — not just relaxation, but real resolution.

Outside massage, he has played in two blind cricket World Cups, two Asia Cups, competed nationally in football and table tennis, and became Nepal's first blind bungee jumper.

What clients say

★★★★★

I had a persistent shoulder pain because of a fall. I tried many treatments but at the end Mr. Santosh helped me recover fully. It took five or six sessions of one and a half hour each, but I was astoudned by the pain relief I experienced from the very first session itself. Not only did it help my shoulder pain but overall the structure of the back and my posture also improved after it. Amazing!

I can recommend Mr.Santosh with utmost confidence. He has the capacity to identify each sore muscle in the body and release the tension in that muscle. Before I visited Mr. Santosh, I had visited many other massage therapists of various schools including Korean and Tibetan Ku-Nye for persistent back pain. I think while each of them has its own advantage, the remedial massage that Mr. Santosh is an expert is in very specific and precise in both diagnosis and treatment.
